- General Registration: January 1, 2024 - April 30, 2024
- Late Registration: May 1, 2024 - May 31, 2024
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER MAY 31, 2024.

- Early Registration: $400.00
- General Registration: $475.00
- Late Registration: $550.00 (Certain convention items and keepsakes/gifts may not be included with Late Registration)
- Guest Registration: $250.00 (Early, General and Late Price) Financial Members cannot register as a guest.

REGISTRATION MATERIAL PICK-UP
Your pre-printed badge and registration materials will be held for you. Each registered member will be able to pick up their registration only. Be prepared to show a government issued photo identification to receive your materials. Your badge will be needed to enter all convention events.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a $250.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation or refund requests. Guest Registrations are non-refundable. Members who register may cancel, and request a refund if applicable, until March 31, 2024. Registrants must submit their cancellation in writing to the National Planning Committee at [email protected] before the deadline, no exceptions. No cancellation requests will be honored past the deadline.
CONFIRMATIONS
Please make sure you provide a valid email address and phone number on your registration form. Once a completed full payment is received you will get an electronic confirmation of registration and a form to complete emailed by the National Planning Committee. Your complete registration must be received by the appropriate deadline dates. Registrations will not be accepted after May 31, 2024. There will be no exceptions and there will be no on-site registration.
